Your files stay on your device

LabelCrop converts shipping labels using JavaScript that runs inside your web browser. The PDF or image you choose is read from your device into the browser's memory, converted there, and the result is saved back to your device. Your files are never uploaded to us or to anyone else, and we cannot see them.

What we store

• No accounts, no file storage, no database.
• If you activate a Pro license, the license key and an activation ID are saved in your browser's local storage so you stay unlocked. To check that a key is valid, the key (never your files) is sent to our license service, which asks our payment provider (Creem) whether it is active.
• Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Payments

If Pro is offered, payments are handled by Creem as merchant of record. We do not see or store your card details. See Creem's own privacy policy.
